By using 7Creation.com graphic design competition, website, community or features ("7Creation"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service").
7Creation.com does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you post to the 7Creation Services. After posting your Content to the 7Creation Services, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content in any way you choose. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through the 7Creation Services, you hereby grant to 7Creation.com a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on and through the 7Creation Services. Without this license, 7Creation.com would be unable to provide the 7Creation Services. The license you grant to 7Creation.com is non-exclusive (meaning you are free to license your Content to anyone else in addition to 7Creation.com), fully-paid and royalty-free (meaning that 7Creation.com is not required to pay you for the use on the 7Creation Services of the Content that you post), sub licensable (so that 7Creation.com is able to use its affiliates and subcontractors such as Internet content delivery networks to provide the 7Creation Services), and worldwide (because the Internet and the 7Creation Services are global in reach). This license will terminate at the time you remove your Content from the 7Creation Services. The license does not grant 7Creation.com the right to sell your Content, nor does the license grant 7Creation.com the right to distribute your Content outside of the 7Creation and its sub licensees Services.
7Creation Members are not limited by factors such as nationality, boundaries, location, age, skills, experience, creativities, etc. it is an open competition and community.
7Creation reserves all rights to reject the submitted works deem improper without further notification and or explanation. 7Creation reserves all rights to ban / block the member deem improper without further notification and or explanation. Improperness hereby may implies to, not limited to, members or works that are false, misleading or inaccurate, or offensive
7Creation reserves all rights to alter the rules, regulation, policy, terms, conditions, related and unrelated written material from time to time without further notice or reason, though it may be rare.
The works that appear at 7Creation are uploaded by Internet visitors, and 7Creation cannot and does not screen the works before including them in the 7Creation website from which such works are uploaded. The 7Creation may produce works that some people find objectionable, inappropriate, or offensive. We cannot guarantee that 7Creation will not display unintended or objectionable works and assume no responsibility for the works included.
Disclaimer of Warranties
7Creation disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of works displayed in the 7Creation website. 7Creation disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, misdelivery, or untimely delivery of any works. 7Creation disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any works on the Internet through the 7Creation.

Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL 7CREATION OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO ANY USER ON ACCOUNT OF THAT USER'S USE OR MISUSE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE 7CREATION WEBSITE. ARISING FROM ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO PREVENT RECOVERY OF DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, (EVEN IF 7CREATION OR ITS AFFILIATES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES). Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall 7Creation or its affiliates be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.
